In the Clover

by Morgan Betsill

Growing up, I was always wandering around nature and marveling at everything I saw, hoarding away small treasures. The imagination and curiosity I felt in those moments are what inspire my work today. I make clothing that creates a sense of personal environment to draw attention to the spaces around us, and away from day to day distractions. In the Clover invites a wearer to slip into a more curious mindset and notice the hidden patterns and constant transformations in the sky and landscape occurring in their surrounding environment. Each outfit acts as a natural space to escape the rigid systems we’re forced to comply with everyday. Whether roaming through the woods or walking around the city, this collection gently asks you to reevaluate your perspective on the spaces you inhabit.
